Meet Steve Battaglia

Drawing upon a background in education and athletics, I bring a unique blend of leadership, organization, and a pursuit of excellence to real estate.

 

As a graduate of the University of Minnesota - Duluth, I found success participating in football and baseball while pursuing a bachelor’s degree in secondary education. Following my passion for teaching and sports, I embarked on a career in education, eventually becoming a high school principal and coach. During my tenure in education, I earned two graduate degrees, helping me to understand the value of mentorship, guidance, and effective communication.

My real estate journey includes personal experience with building a home, owning lake property, buying and selling, and purchasing rental investment properties. My professional experience, coupled with an understanding of individual needs, positions me to serve as a trusted advisor in the real estate market.

When I’m not working, my kids, Jack and Olivia, keep me busy following all of their sports and activities. My wife, Ryanne, and I try to travel as much as we can while fitting in UMD Bulldog games when we have free time. During the summer months, I’m happiest at the golf course or on the pontoon!
