Meet Ryanne Battaglia

Growing up surrounded by the beauty of northern Minnesota, I've got roots that run deep in the area. I graduated from Cloquet High School and went on to attend college at the University of Minnesota - Duluth where I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in marketing. After my corporate career began, I continued to pursue my master's degree in business administration all while living in northern Minnesota.

My professional career included a 12-year journey in financial services marketing where I became very familiar with the mortgage financing industry. I have many connections from the first-time home-buying process to more seasoned investors.

Beyond the business world, I have a true passion for real estate. My husband, Steve, and I have been navigating the real estate landscape since 2017, owning rental investment properties, buying a lake property, and building a home.

On the home front, I have two high school kids, Jack and Olivia, who keep me busy with all of their sports and activities. As a family, we love traveling and spending time at our cabin on Big Lake.
