Meet Jamie Jazdzewski

As a child people always asked "What do you want to be when you grow up"? I always answered quickly that I wanted to be a School Counselor. I wanted to help people. I grew up in Duluth, MN to a father who served our community as a Police Officer and a Mom who served the same community as a teacher. It was not surprising that they nurtured that in us kids.

After high school I attended the University of MN- Twin Cities and earned my bachelor's in psychology. Following that I moved back to Duluth, my hometown, and earned my Master’s Degree at the University of WI- Superior in School Counseling. For over 20 years I have dedicated myself to just that. I continue to work at a middle school in Cloquet MN. I love to be a part of those early dreams as they start to figure themselves out. Along with sitting with students in the struggle.

So why now am I working in Real Estate? Well I continue to love a challenge. I love to listen to dreams and the best part in this line of work is that I will get to see it all happen. I understand that with every transition in life it is both scary and exciting. This is where my counseling skills will come in handy. I will always make sure that I am hearing my clients and doing everything I can to find them that place where they can find peace, create memories and truly call home. Or to help them say goodbye to a home that holds so many memories. Real Estate makes sense, because my heart is still to help others!
