Dave has worked over 525 deals at over $125 million in volume and over 7,500 acres of land. Some fun highlights of his deals are- Award Winning Homes on the North Shore all the way to the Cannon Valley, Nature Sanctuaries on Lake Superior, Bars, Gas Stations, Meat Markets, a Church, large remodel homes on Minnehaha Creek, 4 plex’s in Duluth and Castle Danger, large tracts of raw land, Farm, Condo’s on Lake Superior’s Park Point, and stunning tracts with custom buildings, cool zip line properties on rivers and even a cabin that 3 bears called home year-round (True story!). Dave’s clients range from everyday people having real estate goals to Professional Athletes, James Beard Award Winners, Military Members, Top Executive's at Fortune 500 Companies and Universities, plus many first-time home sellers and buyers.

 

Born in Seattle, a military brat, with multiple moves as a child, a degree in Outdoor Education from the University of Minnesota, Dave brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. Various volunteering jobs, being the owner of businesses, high school coaching, and a thirst to learn while sharing his knowledge helps all our clients. Loves football, his kids and dogs.
