Meet Annie Pollard

Representing Northland homeowners and future buyers specializing in the northern part of the state- My creative, enthusiastic, and caring nature is perfect for matching each client’s desires as well as featuring a home’s unique presence and character. Raised in the Northland, I understand the numerous benefits of living in this area with its many outdoor activities and natural beauty. Now, a lifelong resident in the area, my family enjoys camping, hiking, and fishing together.

Educated at St. Cloud State, receiving my Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education in 2003, I returned to the Cloquet Area to work as an Elementary Teacher and then went on to receive my Masters in Teaching from St. Scholastica. Continuing on with my education, I received my Broker license in the state of MN and currently Broker-Owner of Think Minnesota Realty. With this Broker license and years of experience in the industry, I have helped countless families. Over the years I have sold over 20 million worth of properties, giving me deep knowledge of the market and keen eye for finding the perfect fit for my clients.
